We are seeking a highly accomplished and visionary General Manager to lead our awardwinning 5star hotel and resort in Kuwait. Your Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the entire hotel and resort operation ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including rooms food & beverage spa recreation and guest services.

• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans and budgets to maximize profitability and revenue generation.

• Lead a team of department heads fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and employee engagement.

• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction exceeding expectations at every touchpoint.

• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including owners developers and local authorities.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices implementing innovative strategies to maintain the hotels competitive edge.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a General Manager of a 5star hotel or resort.

• Minimum of 10 years of total experience in the 5star hotel or resort industry preferably in a leadership role.

• Proven track record of exceeding financial targets and driving operational excellence.

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.

• Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

• Experience in managing largescale budgets and complex operations.

• International hotel experience is a significant advantage.

• Ability to deploy at short notice is preferred.
