The role -
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Channel Manager to oversee the sale of our extensive portfolio of off the plan apartments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large number of channel partners and ensuring they are effectively promoting and selling our properties. The Real Estate Channel Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
Manage a large number of channel partners and ensure they are effectively promoting and selling our properties
Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners
Provide ongoing training and support to channel partners to ensure they are equipped to sell our properties
Analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the organization and our properties
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns to support sales efforts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as legal, finance, and development teams to ensure a seamless sales process
Maintain accurate sales records and reports for analysis and decision-making
Provide regular feedback to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and channel partner activities
Qualifications:
Strong background in real estate or property
Proven ability to manage a large number of channel partners and maintain strong relationships with them
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
