Guest Relations Manager

We are seeking a passionate and detailoriented individual to join our client as a Guest Relation Manager. In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences fostering a collaborative team environment and driving continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

1. Candidate will be the champion for guest satisfaction overseeing all aspects of the guest journey. This includes managing guest experience protocols proactively identifying and resolving guest concerns and implementing initiatives to consistently exceed guest expectations.
2. Candidate will provide effective leadership and mentorship to staff fostering a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes growth and excellence.
3. Candidate will actively solicit and analyze guest feedback identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement across all touchpoints.
4. Candidate will ensure exceptional service for VIP guests delivering personalized attention and exceeding their expectations.
5. Candidate will ensure smooth daytoday operations through efficient management of administrative duties and proactive completion of tasks like room inspections.
6. Candidate will set the tone for a positive experience by greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival with genuine hospitality.

Key Requirements

1. BSc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration.
2. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Be a strong problemsolver with a proactive approach.
4. Demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
5. Have a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
