Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create engaging digital learning content.
• Utilize elearning tools and technologies to develop interactive and multimediarich learning materials.
• Design and develop instructional materials including assessments and multimedia content to ensure a seamless learning experience.
• Manage the entire course creation process including planning development and implementation.
• Ensure that all digital courses comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning materials and make continuous improvements.
• Create engaging and relevant educational content that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting digital courses and reaching a wider audience.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital education and instructional design.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing digital learning materials and courses.
• Proficiency in elearning tools and software such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate or similar platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Experience in digital marketing and promoting educational content is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts multimedia designers and other stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative mindset for designing engaging learning experiences.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for digital learning materials.
