Finance Manager - Expertise Recruitment

• Manage all financial aspects of construction projects ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and financial guidelines.
  
• Develop and oversee project budgets forecasting financial needs and ensuring financial planning aligns with project timelines and goals.
  
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports statements and analyses to stakeholders ensuring transparency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  
• Monitor and maintain project cash flows optimizing financial resources to support project operations and minimize financial risk.
  
• Conduct regular financial audits ensuring adherence to internal controls regulatory requirements and best practices in financial management.
  
• Collaborate closely with project teams senior management and external stakeholders to provide financial insights support decisionmaking and address financial queries.
  
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies and policies that enhance organizational efficiency profitability and sustainability.
  
• Lead and mentor finance teams fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement in financial operations.
  
• Identify financial risks and opportunities developing mitigation strategies to safeguard project finances and enhance financial performance.
  
• Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and best practices in financial management implementing improvements as necessary to optimize financial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field.
  
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Construction Industry with a strong understanding of financial practices within this sector.
  
• More than 7 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar senior finance role in Gulf countries particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  
• Immediate availability or able to join with a notice period of 15 to 30 days.
  
• Expertise in financial auditing budgeting planning and cash flow management specific to construction projects.
  
• Strong presentation skills capable of effectively communicating financial information to stakeholders.
  
• Proven experience in generating comprehensive financial statements and reports adhering to local regulations and international standards.
  
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
