Organization Development and Strategy:
- Business partner to the management team to develop/improve the organizations human resource structure through planning and strategy development.
- Create or improve a programme for succession planning.
- Include guiding concepts for employment, management structure, and culture (for office and field personnel).
HR Functions:
- Coordinate closely with management team to develop and carry out project-specific staffing plans.
- Manage an efficient system for performance evaluation.
- Develop or improve a programme for keeping employees.
- Control and organize benefits and pay at all level.
- Manage all group-wide HR operations, including but not restricted to hiring, training, payroll, personnel relations, and labor relations.
- Offers direction and interpretation of HR policy.
- Offers advice and suggestions on staff planning, succession planning, and business unit reorganizations.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor s Degree majoring in Human Resource Management/ Law with applicable experience in Human Resource.
- Requires a minimum of (7) years of working experience in the related field.
- Added advantage for practical experience in a variety of human resource disciplines, including as compensation methods, organizational diagnostics, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and applicable federal and state employment regulations.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu.
