Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases.
  
• Handle all aspects of family law cases from inception to resolution including court appearances mediation and trial.
  
• Draft review and file legal documents such as pleadings motions and agreements.
  
• Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
  
• Negotiate settlements and work collaboratively with opposing counsel.
  
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients providing updates and answering questions.
  
• Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Texas in good standing.
  
• Minimum of 35 years of experience practicing family law.
  
• Strong knowledge of Texas family law statutes and procedures.
  
• Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
  
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to providing highquality legal services.
  
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
