Licensed Attorney with Family Law Experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Attorney with a strong background in family law to join our team in Dallas Texas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for clients in familyrelated legal matters including divorce child custody support issues and adoption. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law cases.
- Handle all aspects of family law cases from inception to resolution including court appearances mediation and trial.
- Draft review and file legal documents such as pleadings motions and agreements.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
- Negotiate settlements and work collaboratively with opposing counsel.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients providing updates and answering questions.
- Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Texas in good standing.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience practicing family law.
- Strong knowledge of Texas family law statutes and procedures.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to providing highquality legal services.
- Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in legal terminology, procedures, and software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, legal databases). 4. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 5. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 7. Familiarity with legal research techniques and resources. 8. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
