As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing new business opportunities for our company services. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies build strong relationships with clients and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities
Proficient in potential client list building strategic market mapping job opening lead search.
Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers at potential client companies and holds a strong network in the industry.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for business development
Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the company and build connections
Present company services and solutions to potential clients in a compelling and professional manner
Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
Regularly monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales and business development activities
Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company
Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on business development activities
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development sales or account management roles specifically in the staffing industry. (Please do not apply if you do not have experience working in staffing / recruitment agencies)
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
Strong networking and relationship building abilities
Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and everchanging business environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM software
Knowledge of the staffing industry and the complete recruitment cycle.
