سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيAssist with a wide range of complex HR queries from the region and follow-up actions, to ensure consistent and high-quality HR services are delivered to country offices.
Acting as a main focal point for the RBC HR Helpdesk, daily check on the received queries from the region. Analyze and respond to various internal and external queries, to ensure that clients are well-informed and escalate complex issues to the HR Officer/ supervisor.
Maintaining and timely updating the Regional HR tracker and projects such as (Helpdesk received queries/ responses, regional activities, consultants’ recruitment tracker, regional initiatives, etc).
