Our client a small luxury hotel nestled in Tewkesbury Park is seeking a talented F&B Manager to join their team. Renowned for exceptional service and honest hospitality, the site offers guests a memorable experience. The 90+-bedroom hotel overlooks the stunning Park and is home to an excellent restaurant with a renowned bar team. The client is offering a salary of 40,000 with tips.

What Does the Role Entail?

The client seeks a passionate and hands-on F&B Manager to lead their talented food and beverage team in an operational capacity. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and bar and uphold standards, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction. You will manage staff, improve standards, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of the dining experience at the hotel.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will ideally have food and beverage management experience and a strong understanding of all things hospitality. You should possess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

What Is On Offer?

The client is offering an excellent package up to 40,000 including tips, with an 8-hour workday and additional paid days worked. You will also have access to the gym, given access to staff discounts, uniforms and meals are provided while on duty.
