OPERATIONS MANAGER
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations Manager for a fulltime permanent position in a specialist manufacturing company located in Park Royal London.
Operations Manager The Offer
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm. Friday 8:00am to 12:30pm. Work can also start at 7:00am through 16:00 M T and 7:00 to 11:30.
Starting Salary: ranging from 45000 to 50000 depending on experience
Paid Overtime
Year End bonus after a years service
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Company pension (5% employee & 3% employer)
Onsite parking
Operations Manager The Role
Manage the daytoday production in a specialist manufacturing environment
Organise all workflows in and out in line with clients expectations and the Companies targets
Manage staff and liaise with other teams in the Company to ensure the smooth operations of the business
Be aware of and assisting the QA team on all Quality Assurance matters
Operations Manager The Person
Experience in a similar role specifically managing operations in a Manufacturing environment
CAD / Technical Drawing experience to ensure outputs match the clients requirements and to potentially update documentation as required
Previous staff management experience would be ideal
