MORE ABOUT THE ROLE
We are calling all travel and Tourism agents! Our client is a fast growing next generation brand in the travel industry providing travel customer services across the globe. The role requires your excellent Customer Service skills within an Omnichannel environment servicing these customers in English.
Thorough and rewarding training is provided by our highly skilled Trainers equipping those hungry for growth with bright opportunities to take their career into their own hands and make it happen.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Industry
- GDS Experience Mandatory
- Airline & Ticketing experience Mandatory
- Fare rules including updates/voiding etc
- Must have extensive knowledge of the industry and deal with multiple codes and fares
The role requires your reliability flexibility professionalism great verbal & written English communication skills and a friendly "can do" attitude.
The successful candidates will be able to cope with multitasking in a fast paced demanding environment responding to emails chats and telephonic enquiries during their shift. The successful candidate will be proactive an independent thinker people centric possess the ability to do research offer alternatives and solutions and be prepared to go the extra mile and delight the customer.

- This role gives you the freedom of Flexi shifts operating within a 24 x 7 working environment. You will be required to work weekend shifts. SAFE and FREE transport is provided to your home after shift.
