As Office Manager you will be integral to the Reactive Maintenance Department of our client. You will take the lead on a wide range of tasks to ensure that all operations run smoothly be able to work independently in the office but also closely without operatives out on the ground. Ensuring that communication is effective and their diaries are well managed.

You will also be handling incoming leads and converting these into quotes and ultimately jobs booked.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of daytoday operations
  • General office procedures and administration
  • Handling incoming maintenance queries and leads meeting KPI s in this regard
  • Creating quotes and effective followups
  • Booking and confirming jobs
  • Diary management of our clients operatives
  • Organising materials and purchase orders
  • Ensuring costeffectiveness from supply chains
  • Raising invoices and liaising with finance
  • Being the first point of contact for existing and prospective clients and all general enquiries via phone and email


Requirements


The successful candidate will hold the following skills and/or qualifications:
  • Previous work within a maintenance/contractors preferred
  • Telephone experience essential
  • Organised approachable and a great communicator
  • Proficient in officebased systems including Word Excel Outlook
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and juggle priorities
  • Selfsufficient and diligent
  • Flexible and adaptable as the role changes and grows with the company

The ideal Office Manager needs to be able to confidently communicate around maintenance issues and preferably have some experience around boiler installations services etc in particular as this is where we are investing marketing spend.



Benefits


Basic Salary: 25000 to 28000 Per Annum based on experience

Bonus structure: Commission payable based on lead conversions

OTE: 28000 to 32000 Per Annum

Pension: Company Pension Scheme
Working Hours: 0900hrs to 1800hrs Monday Friday
Holidays: 20 days p.a. in addition to Public Bank Holidays & Birthday
Line Manager: Head of Maintenance
Location: Bankside SE1
Contract: Full time and Permanent
Holiday: 20 days pa in addition to Public Holidays. Additional days gifted for birthday and Christmas holidays (varied from year to year).

Pension: Company contribution
