الوصف الوظيفي
We are on the lookout for a proficient Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Developer to join our dynamic team. This role demands extensive experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and a solid background in supporting and deploying various Oracle HCM Cloud modules. Key responsibilities include data collection analysis functional documentation testing and problem resolution.
Experience/Qualifications:
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of trends products and services in the banking/financial industry.
Preferred technical certifications in Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle Cloud HCM experience.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Applications Cloud Infrastructure/Solutions and SQL (Oracle/MS SQL).
- Proven experience in supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules like HRcore Recruiting Benefits Time & Labor Payroll Profile Management and Performance Management.
- Handson experience in configuring and implementing enterprise integration solutions using OIC adapters (SOAP REST FTP etc.) based on data mapping requirements.
- Demonstrated expertise in data gathering analysis and creating comprehensive functional documentation (business process flows requirements documents test plans test scripts).
- Proficiency in BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI report development interface development and troubleshooting application security roles and workflow management.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe Scrum Azure DevOps Peer Review GitHub and CI/CD.
Desired Qualifications:
