• Check the customers prediction once a week to see the trend.
  
• Figure out how much stock you have now so that you can place new orders with the right amount of time and materials.
  

• Book a flight or boat.
  
• Send out the shipping paperwork.
  
• Follow custom clearance inboundoutbound process.
  
• Pay for tax if have.
  

• Collect original document monthly.
  
• Make monthly sales plan cashflow or other report as requested.
  

• Communicate well with all parties to give the best solution & cost saving.
  
• Deal with forwarders to get better rate.
  

Requirements

• 12 years of experience in purchasing logistics or similar position
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
  
• Strong customer service and problemsolving skills
  
• Attention to details.
