To lead the IT Finance team and handle regular financial reporting operations. To collaborate with IT PMO reviewing improving and developing project finance procedures.
Support Section Heads to perform IT procurement under the new procurement procedures.
Review contracts and support vendor negotiation Process.
Collaborate with IT PMO to support a system keeping track of project finance.
Provide support to the development of the new procurement system.
Comply with all applicable regulations rules codes guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank and carry out duties with high integrity.
Requirements
University graduate preferably major in Finance or Accounting.
10 years experience in generating financial reports for management managing the budgeting cycle. Keep track of and report on the financial position of the departments.
Experience in Manage a team of members. Communicate with other departments and ensure their requests are followed up and addressed. Communicate with management to collect their views for management reports.
Adhere to all established risk control guidelines procedures and measures to identify assess report mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the daytoday work.
