الوصف الوظيفي

The ePMO Initiation Manager will spearhead the establishment and operational success of the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO). This strategic role is critical for setting up new projects from scratch, ensuring that each project is strategically aligned with the organization's overarching goals. The manager will act as a trailblazer, not only in defining and managing project scopes but also in assembling and guiding high-performing teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation and Planning:
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to ensure diverse expertise and robust project execution.
- Establish project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

Team Building and Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor project managers and other team members.
- Foster a collaborative work environment conducive to dynamic and effective team interactions.
- Ensure continuous professional development and efficiency of the team.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards throughout project phases.
- Conduct regular review sessions to ensure projects are on track and meeting predefined standards.

Communication and Reporting:
- Maintain transparent communication channels across all levels of the organization.
- Prepare and present regular reports detailing project status, risks, and achievements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and concerns.

Strategic Alignment and Adaptation:

- Ensure all project initiatives reflect the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Adapt project management frameworks to integrate innovative practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with senior management to refine project strategies and approaches based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on leading and managing complex government and/or private sector projects and initiatives, required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field, preferred.
- PMP certification, preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and risk management skills.
