Role Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the overall financial performance of a fastgrowing business by developing short and longterm financial plans budgets and partnering with the business on key decisions to achieve goals.
Prerequisites for Consideration of Candidature:
- Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience in Big Four or Article ship from Big Four. Healthcare experience is a must.
- Should have experience managing teams.
- Proficient in English & Hindi; knowledge of Kannada and Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel 710 days a month.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare MIS reports supporting schedules presentations and other key reports for top management and business teams for effective decisionmaking.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Design and implement robust processes for data collection ensuring accuracy completeness and timeliness of all financial data in the MIS system for the finance and accounts department.
- Develop and maintain key financial reports and dashboards including financial statements budget vs. actual reports and trend analyses.
- Manage all accounting operations including Billing A/R A/P GL Cost Accounting Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
- Develop and implement financial policies procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Monitor cash flow liquidity and working capital management to optimize the organizations financial position.
- Lead the annual audit process liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of the statutory audit.
- Manage and comply with taxation (Direct & Indirect) reporting requirements and tax filings.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
- Perform adhoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management.
