Position Summary:

Our esteemed client is a leading mechanical Construction firm based in Qatar specializing in Oil and Gas Petrochemicals and Utilities Industries solutions for the Oil & Gas Sectors. The successful candidate should have at least 10 years of expertise in the relevant field such as the EPIC (Engineering Procurement Installation and Commissioning) and EPC (Engineering Procurement and Construction) projects along with a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical guidance for project design development and execution.
  

• Ensure that all engineering solutions mechanical systems and piping designs adhere to industry standards and meet project specifications.
  

• Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule and budget
  

• Manage all onsite activities including coordinating with various departments and subcontractors.
  

• Create and present bid proposals to clients addressing their requirements and demonstrating our technical capabilities and competitive advantages.
  

• Prepare comprehensive proposals for clients including project scopes technical approaches and schedules.
  

• Oversee the engineering procurement construction and commissioning phases of EPC projects.
  

• Supervise that all project aspects are integrated effectively and that engineering solutions meet Oil & Gas industry standards.
  

• Review the design installation and inspection of piping systems.
  

• Ensure that piping solutions are efficient reliable and comply with relevant codes and standards.
  

• Apply indepth knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector to manage EPC and EPIC project requirements regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  

• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project progress including status reports budget updates and risk assessments. Communicate project milestones technical challenges and solutions.
  

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field
  

• Minimum 10 15 years of experience in project management within the EPC and Oil & Gas sectors with significant experience in mechanical engineering and piping systems.
  

• Extensive experience managing EPC projects in the Oil & Gas industry with a solid understanding of project management principles and industry practices.
  

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is highly desirable. Additional certifications related to EPC or Oil & Gas project management are a plus.
