About Client:

Job Summary:
The client is looking for an RF Hardware Engineer to design develop and optimize up/down conversion systems for Client projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF and microwave engineering as well as experience in system design and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- System Design: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design up/down conversion systems based on project requirements.
- Demonstrate proficiency in High Frequency (HF) design principles and methodologies with a focus on frequencies beyond 6GHz
- Component Selection: Select appropriate components such as mixers amplifiers filters and synthesizers to achieve desired system performance.
- System Integration: Integrate up/down conversion systems into larger communication systems ensuring seamless functionality.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to validate system performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation including schematics specifications and test reports.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize and improve system performance through iterative design and testing.
- Compliance: Ensure that up/down conversion systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure the seamless integration of up/down conversion systems into larger systems.
- Research: Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in RF and microwave technology to drive innovation in our products.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to other teams during system integration and troubleshooting.
- Experience in boardlevel mmwave design.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering RF Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing up/down conversion systems for RF and microwave applications.
- Proven Experience in PCBA
- Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools (e.g. ADS Microwave Office).
- Strong knowledge of RF components and their characteristics.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF systems.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python) for automation and data analysis is a plus.
