سيتم تحديثك بأحدث تنبيهات الوظائف عبر البريد الإلكترونيOperational: • Review ongoing business process, identify associated risks, recommend appropriate controls and establish risk and control matrix for the division. • Set priority for documenting policies and procedures based on the identified risks. • Suggest process simplification, provide advisory support in process automation and IT Systems development. • Periodically review, discuss with user departments and update ISO (22301, 41001 and 55001) management systems related documents to ensure that management systems requirements are fulfilled • Conduct annual internal audits for ISO standards implemented in Corporate Services Division. • Manage development and review of policies and procedures considering associated risks and controls. Ensure that the policies and procedures are documented identifying key responsibilities of the stakeholders and provide clear guidelines to the staff. • Closely monitor progress of policies and procedures and ensure that those are finalized in a timely manner, follow escalation whenever required. • Communicate publication of new/revised policies and procedures to required stakeholders. • Identify existing policies and procedures that need revision based on latest risks or change in process and initiate revision to incorporate changes as deemed necessary. • Conduct regular review of Risk and Control Matrix, maintain up to date, ensuring risks are identified and appropriate controls are recommended to address the risks. • Evaluate and recommend training requirements, relating to Group Policies and Procedures, for staff where necessary and ensure critical trainings are provided to staff and monitor compliance. • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the department. Management & Leadership: • Establish the department or team’s objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives. • Regularly evaluate the department or team’s objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed. • Oversee and supervise employees. Direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery. • Train and develop other employees, to ensure succession planning is in place.
