Job Overview:
As a 3D Modeler and Renderer you will play a pivotal role in our creative team specializing in the creation of detailed 3D models rendering captivating CGI images and designing textures to bring our concepts to life. This position demands a blend of artistic creativity and technical proficiency in industrystandard software tools. You will collaborate closely with designers architects and project managers to deliver visually stunning assets that meet client expectations and project objectives.

This position demands a blend of artistic creativity and technical proficiency in industrystandard software tools. You will collaborate closely with designers architects and project managers to deliver visually stunning assets that meet client expectations and project objectives.
Job Description:
3D Modeling : Develop precise and intricate 3D models of objects environments and characters based on project requirements and artistic direction.
Rendered Images (CGI) : Produce highquality photorealistic CGI images by setting up scenes lighting and camera angles to showcase designs and concepts effectively.
Texture Creation : Design and apply textures to 3D models to achieve realistic surfaces and enhance visual appeal.
Collaboration : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to understand project goals interpret briefs and translate concepts into visually compelling 3D assets.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all 3D models and rendered images meet quality standards including accuracy detail and adherence to project specifications.
Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback and revisions into 3D models and rendered images throughout the project lifecycle to refine and enhance visual outputs.
Software Proficiency : Utilize industryleading software such as Autodesk Maya 3ds Max Blender or similar tools for modeling rendering and texture creation.
Requirements
Experience in Blender
Experience creating models for real time systems such as on the web or in video games (no essential but great to have).
Understanding of blenders material nodes system.
Has experience with physically based rendering systems.
Experience skinning and animating models.
Experience with texture painting.
Good Understanding of UVMapping and experience using manually unwrapping models.
Key attention to detail not just for 3D modeling but in general.
Good problem solving skills.
Experience using Photoshop.
Understanding technical differences in images formats such as png jpg webp tiff etc.
Experience modeling soft materials and objects such as fabrics.
