Experience 5 years Qualification Any Graduation

• Troubleshooting Skills of IBMi Operating System.
• Good knowledge of Operating System (general) Ops Navigator BRMS HMC & TCP/IP.
• Knowledge in IBM i Performance Management.
• Knowledge on Power HA & Connect: DIRECT.
• Performing system IPL.
• Knowledge on iCluster and troubleshooting on errors.
• PTFs (Program Temporary Fixes)
• Should be well versed with ITIL concepts and more specific understanding of Service operations activities.
• Worked in an infrastructure critical environment and understands how technology adds value to the business and ultimately the end customer.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Banking domain experience will be added advantage.
• Experience with standard change incident and problem management process.
• Willingness to work in 24x7x365 IBMi environment including oncall rotation weekend work etc.
• Must be able to perform well as a member of a larger team.
• Ability to establish mutual expectations with clients is required. Ensuring that the processes are adhered to.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) are critical for success in this job.
• Must be motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
