Job Description: We are seeking a passionate coffee enthusiast to join our team as a Sales Development Specialist. The ideal candidate will be driven to expand our business and propose new and creative sales strategies to reach potential clients globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify research and engage potential clients to create new sales opportunities.
  • Develop maintain and grow a pipeline of sales prospects through effective lead generation strategies.
  • Communicate with clients via various channels to understand their needs identify opportunities and set up sales presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to postsale support.
  • Maintain an indepth understanding of Pro Coffee Gears product offerings and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track interactions manage leads and monitor sales progress.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through proactive sales efforts and effective relationship building.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role preferably in ecommerce retail or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Professional demeanor and confidence in engaging with clients at all levels including senior decisionmakers.
  • Passion for coffee and familiarity with espresso machines or related equipment is a plus.
