Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant at Al-Nisr Al-Arabi Insurance. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for providing insurance advice and guidance to clients, analyzing insurance policies and identifying coverage gaps, assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance products, and managing client relationships. While the role is primarily located in Amman, there is flexibility for some remote work.

• Consulting and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
