The selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training across various departments including Operations New Product Development (NPD) Purchase Design and Process for Electronics Components Manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or diploma holders to gain handson experience and build a solid foundation for a career in the electronics manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Assist in daytoday operations and ensure efficient workflow within the manufacturing unit.

New Product Development (NPD): Support the development and implementation of new electronic components and products.

Purchase: Involvement in procurement processes vendor negotiations and inventory management.

Design: Participate in the design and development of electronic components and systems.

Process: Contribute to the optimization and improvement of manufacturing processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Keen interest in electronics and manufacturing processes

Requirements

Qualifications:
