The ITSM Engineer appropriately implements reflect and maintains processes SLAs policies and procedures on ITSM platform including all configuration and customization technical work for related requirements in implementation and rollout phase as well as creation for reports and dashboards...etc.

Requirements

Education and Experience Profile:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent education required.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in IT in the field of technical implementation and configuration of ITSM Service management using ManageEngine ITSM Platform.
  
• Strong and Comprehensive understanding of ManageEngine ITSM.
  
• IT Service Management (ITSM)Certification preferred.
  
• ITIL Certification preferred.
  
• Advanced skills in ITIL process management process/analysis engineering service metrics service management application administration workflows administration and service request automation.
  
• Experience with Incident Problem Change Release Configuration Knowledge Event and Request Management processes. in a diverse technology environment.
  
• Demonstrated abilities performing business requirements analysis process documentation technical documentation and presentations.
  
• Knowledge of IT audit compliance governance frameworks project management principles and strategies SDLC and Agile processes.
  
• Experience in ManageEngine ITSM implementation including applying general setting configuration integration and configure organizational roles.
  
• Experience and ability to enhance and implement users management for ManageEngine ITSM platform and related issues.
  
• Experience and ability to implement and configure all required service catalog business processes and SLAs on ManageEngine ITSM platform.
  
• Working on enable define and configure user surveys.
  
• Creating custom Reports and dashboards.
  
• Making the required installation and configuration to archive implementations target.
