The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixeduse development in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage ests F&B retail and hotels commercial buildings and educational facilities.

Mace is currently providing the programme management and are looking for highcalibre experienced people.

As an istant Project Control Manager Change you will play a crucial role in supporting the PMO team with change control and baseline management. You will ensure that all WBS changes are properly doented evaluated and implemented while maintaining the integrity of project baselines.

• Working closely with cost/commercial planning and risk towards an integrated project control.
• Prepare change control reports and doentation to project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project controls standards.
• Providing consistency of change control across the project driving a timely approval/rejection of proposals.
• Maintaining a change log and report authorised changes.
• You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships
• Understanding of project controls odologies and techniques.
• A good understanding of project controls and change control processes.
• Previous experience on a major construction project.
• Challenging the status quo in pursuit of a better future Best in cl and ahead of the curve open to change.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products e.g. MS Word MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication and interpersonal ss.

Youll need to have:

• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business which are required for immigration and client approval.
• A technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven relevant experience in project management or project controls environment in a construction or consultancy background.
