Senior Designer - Cairo Egypt

Responsibility

• Assigned projects leader.
• Develop creative concepts and innovative solutions to be achieved within projects constrains.
• Educate evaluate & train the junior team members to develop design solutions.
• Manage own accounts and projects within the assigned requirements budget and time.
• Writeup the project brief and show understanding and relevance to the target market.
• Design and manage the project presentations drawings production 3D visuals.
• Holding a great interest in assisting the development of the design teams skills and abilities.
• Insure the completion of the project based on the project plan.
• Competitive knowledge of building material specifications and selection.
• Responsible of creating the project material board with the help of other team members.
• Knowledge and thirst to investigate innovate and develop trends in creative designs with an emphasis international architectural standard.
• Market exposure and search.
• Demonstrate good presentation skills and public speaking.
• Good understanding of clients needs and requirements.
• Well manage design projects with the project team.
• Well manage design projects with clients.
• The senior designer is the company communication point with the client he/she should demonstrate best client servicing attitude.
• Keep following up with client.
• Direct communication with Technical Manager and always keeps his update in design.
• Site visit and checkering progress work.
• Following with F&F.
• Ready to do what is required of you under the direction of the Department Manager.
• Carrying out any task assigned to him that is not fundamentally different from the tasks of the Senior designer.
• Competencies:

• BSc Architecture and/or Engineering or similar.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Practical Experiences

• 57 years of experience in the construction market.
• Experienced in taking a designlead on projects.
• Demonstrate good creativity design solutions.

• Ability to develop internal design concepts and architectural details.
• Project management skills.
• Work experiences in different environments
