Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care administering medications and collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
