Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN LVN) Job Opportunity

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Type: FullTime/PartTime
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications monitoring vital signs and assisting with daily living activities.
- Perform routine medical procedures and assist with diagnostic tests as directed by healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and postcare instructions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
- Assist with patient admissions discharges and transfers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN licensure from an accredited program.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate patientfocused attitude with a dedication to quality care.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
