Responsibilities:

• Sales Support:
  
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling meetings preparing sales documents and managing leads.
  
• Coordinate sales activities and campaigns to align with company goals.
  
• Maintain and update customer databases for accurate and uptodate information.
  
• Develop and distribute sales reports presentations and other collateral materials.
  
• Business Development:
  
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  
• Conduct market research to analyze trends understand the competitive landscape and uncover growth opportunities.
  
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for business development initiatives.
  
• Schedule meetings and followup with potential clients.
  
• Client Solutions:
  
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients promptly addressing their inquiries and requests.
  
• Participate in developing and executing client solutions strategies.
  
• Facilitate client onboarding and training sessions.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a relevant field (preferred)
  
• Proven experience in a sales support coordinator or customer service role (minimum)
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
