WHAT DO YOU DO:
- Source and screen candidates using different sourcing platforms jobboards social media & digital media
- Onboarding candidates for Java/UI/Business Analysis/Project Management roles.
- Keep yourself updated about the technical knowhow prevalent in the industry across all IT technologies.
- Achieve daily/monthly onboarding targets
- Keep uptodate with industry developments/trends about Talent Innovation per the post covid /new normal.
Requirements
- Are Local to Hyderabad India.
- Have 1 Months to 2 years experience of IT Contract Staffing/Recruitment Freshers with Good communication skills are welcome
- Good to have exp in Sourcing ATS Have Recruiting Automation expertise using a combination of Video Email Phone Text.
- Good to have experience working on CyberSecurity Fullstack SAP Agile Data & Roles.
- Have proven relationships and people management skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Have experience in research at all levels using Internet search sites search engines referrals networking and postings
- Nice to have experience using ats like Zohorecruit Ceipal etc
