Key Responsibilities you will be incharge of

New Initiatives Identify and research new opportunities for innovation and growth within the organisation. Develop plans for the implementation of new initiatives considering feasibility resources and potential impact. Monitor the progress of initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Product Operations Work closely with product development teams to streamline operations and enhance product efficiency. Identify areas for improvement in product workflows and processes and implement solutions to optimize productivity.

Data Management and Visualization Oversee the collection analysis and interpretation of data related to ongoing initiatives and projects. Implement data management best practices to ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of information.

CrossTeam Collaboration Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams involved in various initiatives. Organize meetings workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster idea sharing and problemsolving across teams.

Building Arbolus Expert Network Arbolus believes in quality over quantity when it comes to the Expert Network. Network Success associates will be responsible for driving this mission forward through actively sourcing and building Expert Network using a combination of business and market insights

Engaging the Experts Experts are a big asset to Arbolus and it is our endeavour to consistently engage Experts on our platform. Network Success Associates will be responsible for driving active business and nonbusiness expert engagement and establish robust connect and relationship between Arbolus and Experts

Requirements to succeed in this role

• Candidates with 02 years of experience in client facing roles who are interested in making a career in the fast growing expert network industry.
• Campus freshers with a passion to excel in client/expert servicing roles can also apply.
• Strong Verbal and Written communication skills able to confidently drive discussions with endclients.
• People with Inquisitiveness to learn and passion for problem solving
• University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement.
• You have an agile mindset curious excited to work in a fastpaced environment and have the courage to break traditions
