Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the Maths department
• Teaching Maths at KS3 & KS4 with opportunities at KS5
• Developing and implementing curriculum and assessment strategies
• Mentoring and supporting Maths teachers within the department
• Driving continuous improvement and academic excellence in Maths

Candidate Requirements:

• Extensive experience teaching Maths at KS3 KS4 and ideally KS5
• Proven leadership and management skills within an educational setting
• Formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g. PGCE)
• Legal right to work in the UK
• Strong commitment to student achievement and staff development
