Non IT Recruiter

We are looking for recruiters who have 02 to 05 years of successful experience in permanent recruitment in a recruitment company only. We will be keen to engage with only those recruiters who have decided to grow in a recruitment company. Those people who have worked with ambitious targets and have a high degree of boolean search skills will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Our Team member role has two aspects:

1. As a Delivery Manager He/ She is supposed to achieve his/her team targets. Ensuring high Quality of Hire for each mandate allocated to him/her. Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction. Accumulate and share indepth knowledge insights and relationships to the practice/ industries allocated to him/ her.

2. As a Relationship Manager He/ She will be responsible for mandate closures and the satisfaction of clients. Ensure highquality farming of positions from all allocated clients. Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including operating software like ATS and CRM.
