1. Assist the HR Department in managing daytoday tasks.
2. Assist in recruiting and talent acquisition including screening onboarding and orientation
3. Prepare update and maintain complete documentation in a digital archive (HRIS) including personal information employment history benefits enrollment and leave of absence data.
4. Maintain records and provide HR reports to management.
5. Process payroll
6. Training and development
7. Performance management system administration.
Desired skills:
1. Proficient in HRMS or any relevant HR Management systems.
2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

6. Digitally Literate with solid Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint and Visio.

Required Education and Qualifications:
Minimum bachelors degree or relevant in HR or psychology
Five years experience in a similar role.
English language Arabic language is a plus.
Job Type: Fulltime
Pay: RO300.000 RO500.000 per month
