Group financial controller

Were looking for a motivated and aspirational Group Financial Controller to join our team onsite in Stockholm.

Flowbox was founded in 2016 and is a fastgrowing tech scaleup with large ambitions and broad visions. We provide a SaaS platform that helps brands improve their marketing social media and ecommerce strategies. Our technology helps our clients to better collect manage and distribute their own customers content aka user generated content (UGC).

At the moment we have 800 clients 60 Flowboxers as well as 3 offices in Stockholm Amsterdam and Barcelona.

About the team

You will be a part of a young international and entrepreneurial environment. The finance team at Flowbox continuously assesses and evaluates the companys financial performance in relation to operational goals budgets and forecasts. The team also drives the companys financial strategy and planning.

The Group FinancialController works closely with the Business Controller who is responsible forthe companys subscription base and the CFO who is leading longterminitiatives related to scaling in existing as well as new markets. Togetherthey guide the company towards profitability and longterm success.

Your mission

Flowbox is in the midst of entering the next phase of expansion. As a Group Financial Controller at Flowbox you will be supporting the finance team in their daily activities. Flowbox aim to grow both organically as inorganically so M&A activities may occur in which case the Group Financial Controller will be responsible for implementing any potential new assets into our financial processes.

Your main focus will be on analytics group accounting ensuring that reporting deadlines are kept and supporting the CFO in the financial strategics. On a daily basis you will also be working with our accounting supplier to ensure good quality of Flowboxs ledgers work with improvements of the existing processes support the CFO in the strategic implementations to fuel the companys growth. Here at Flowbox all teams are crossfunctional so you will work closely with other teams like Sales and Customer Success regarding accounting related questions.

Above marks some of your responsibilities but as we are growing the role will most likely develop! This is a chance to learn about how to run a finance function and grow as a professional you will set the limits!

About You

We value soft skills over hard skills therefore its a big plus if you have a lot of drive and lets make it happen attitude You will be working closely with the finance team in the company so relationshipbuilding skills will come handy. This role implies a lot of freedom and decisionmaking so we are looking for someone who is autonomous and ready to take ownership.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 35 years of experience
• A degree in finance
• A cando attitude
• Experience from big4 is a plus
  
• Experience of group accounting is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills are highly appreciated
• You are fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
