Senior Manager Supply Fulfillment

Stock Management

• Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory, while maintaining optimal levels for efficient operations.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory and orders to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and finance, to forecast demand accurately and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of all incoming goods and materials.
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, to maintain accurate inventory records and efficient product flow.
• Analyze order data and fulfillment metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee the selection and performance of third-party logistics providers.
• Prepare reports on inventory, order status, and fulfillment KPIs for management.

Fleet management

• Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of all vehicles, parts, and equipment in the warehouse.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the fleet management and procurement teams.
• Manage the warehouse budget and make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage efficiencies within the fleet to ensure smooth operation.
• Optimize routes and obtain competitive rates for the rented fleet.
• Manage healthy business relationships with Fleet operators.
• Overlook the order fulfillment duties in a timely and cost efficient manner.
