Searching for a Russianspeaking technical account management talent to support our Retargeting Adtech business growth in Russia Market. This role can be based in Moscow depending on candidate s availability.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for income and KPIs creating and maintaining orders in the advertising system
Undertake the core value of customer guidance and maintenance including but not limited to:
Collaborating with sales to understand and explore customers real needs.
Guiding and educating customers in a timely manner to achieve higher revenue goals through optimization.
Balancing company interests with customer delivery.
Proactively assessing customer risks and taking corresponding measures.
Finding methods to expand delivery based on key indicators of traffic advertisements starting from data and collaborating with the product team to jointly find the best delivery solutions. Responsible for the overall budget and consumption KPIs of the region.
Monitoring campaigns (traffic management)
Working in close collaboration with internal teams and external clients
Delivering high level of customer service by ensuring the quality of campaigns for clients
Creating reporting performance analysis and insights to boost performance
Leveraging data to negotiate complex largescale relationships and partner with the sales team to upsell opportunities.


Requirements:
Degree in IT Marketing Business or equivalent about 12 years of relevant working experience in a Sales Operations Business Management or Account Management or equivalent role
Candidate with experience in advertising ecommerce in tech industry have an advantage
Able to work effectively across functions/teams and be a good team player
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to understand a complex technological environment
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in Russian or proficient in Russian communication
Strong datadriven mindset and working methods with SQL skills is a plus
Good English (B2 or higher).
