Job Description

• Preparation of reporting such as Cash Flow Forecast and Cash Balance Position
• Provide support to Client Payments team and Accounting team on the reconciliation process
• Responsible for managing daily client withdrawal payments and company’s payments (payment initiations)
• Setup of vendors in e-banking platforms / TMS
• Follow-up on payments and vendor approvals with authorized signatories
• Open/handle bank accounts for the entities of the group
• Handle bank KYC requests and coordinate with corresponding stakeholders.
• Identifying and reporting any issue related to client payments and working with stakeholders to resolve anomalies and address the root cause.
• Support the Treasury team on scaling payment process with new Banks across several jurisdictions
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support best practices in treasury management
• Support Treasury Team with TMS implementation and testing
• Assist in other duties assigned by the Treasury Manager
• Preparation of the reports to the regulator
  

Qualifications

• Practical Treasury or Shared Service Center experience
• Crypto currency experience is a distinct advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• Reliable and attention to detail
• Good Excel skills, appetite for process optimization
• Good adaptability, not afraid of change
• Customer-oriented
