Assistant Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure that the outlet is well maintained and clean in all respects

- Ensure that the outlet is ready to serve customers before opening the doors to the public

- Ensure that the service is up to standards and in accordance with brand guidelines; Food and drinks will be served as per standards

- Ensure customer satisfaction, even when receiving complaints, if any

- Ensure the overall customer experience is aligned with FEFFS brand values and consistent on every visit

- Ensure FEFFS brand is well presented daily in accordance with brand guidelines; Uniforms, music, furniture, menus are as standard

- Keeping the entire team trained and motivated; Responsible for proposing new employees (if necessary) and recommending all vacancies, which must be approved by the line manager and HR

- Responsible for maintaining the physical aspects of the outlet, including the building, assets, windows, air conditioning, furniture, equipment, roof, etc.

- Solving daily problems, whether with customers, employees, or any other problems that arise

- Responsible for the safety of guests and staff of the outlet(s)

- Keeping operating costs according to budget (drink cost, food cost, etc.)

- Ensure that sales targets are achieved daily, weekly, monthly and annually and monitored on a daily basis

- Ensure the kitchen prepares foods of the highest quality.
