President

A maritime and logistics company under a multinational conglomerate entity located in Makati City is looking to fill a President role. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction driving performance and ensuring the continued success of our maritime logistics business.

Qualifications:

• 1015 years of progressive leadership experience in maritime logistics with a proven track record of success in executive management roles
• Bachelor's degree in maritime studies logistics business administration or related field; advanced professional degree/certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of maritime operations vessel management port logistics and supply chain management
• Proven track record of managing a significant fleet of vessels (i.e. not less than 15 vessels)
• Exceptional leadership communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements safety standards and environmental practices in the maritime industry
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth profitability and operational excellence in a complex and dynamic environment
• Sound understanding of financial management principles budgeting and strategic planning
• Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and respond to changing market dynamics customer needs and competitive pressures
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications for strategic planning financial analysis and performance management
