Position: Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Manager

Location: Reno NV

Job Summary:

The Commercial HVAC/Refrigeration Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department. This role is responsible for managing a team of service technicians ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining service quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems excellent leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of HVAC/Refrigeration service technicians.

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls installations and maintenance.

• Ensure all service activities are conducted safely efficiently and within budget.

• Monitor job progress provide technical support and ensure highquality service delivery.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for service technicians.

• Oversee inventory management ensuring adequate stock of parts and equipment.

• Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Implement and maintain service policies procedures and best practices.

• Prepare and present regular reports on service department performance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration service with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

• Proven leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in using service management software and other relevant tools.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• HVAC and/or Refrigeration certification is preferred.
