As an Accounting Manager you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our multifinance and service company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monthly Book Records and Financial Statement Preparation:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
• Liaising with External Auditors and Relevant Third Parties:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors ensuring all necessary documentation and information is provided.
  • Collaborate with external parties such as tax advisors regulatory bodies and financial institutions.
• Aligning Accounting Processes and Reporting Procedures:
  • Standardize and streamline accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement robust reporting procedures to ensure comprehensive financial reporting.
• Reviewing Internal Controls and SOPs:
  • Conduct regular reviews of the companys internal control systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Implement improvements to enhance financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting from a reputable university (minimum GPA of 3.00). CA/CPA or comparable certification is preferred.
• Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm and industry experience.
  • Prior experience in the multifinance industry is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills:
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK).
  • Proficiency in English both spoken and written. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
