Responsibilities
Establishing sales objectives and goals for the team and individual employees. Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting to managers. Managing team reviews and creating reward program. Reaching out the prospects and conducting team meetings. Achieving the monthly targets.
Requirements
Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs answer their questions about your products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits. demonstrating and presenting products. establishing new business. maintaining accurate records. attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. reviewing sales performance. negotiating contracts and packages.
