We are looking for an experienced Global Mobility Manager in LATAM to join us in the managing of the mobility program.

Meaningful work you ll contribute
Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in LATAM countries to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including but not limited to onboarding/offboarding visa payroll income tax system administration.
Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting
Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals personal information in compliance with our privacy policies.
Any other supporting tasks required.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree or above.
About 2years work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the LATAM countries or willing to learn.
Adaptable and collaborative able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
Strong commercial awareness and super handson attitude. Problemsolving oriented.
Excellent communication presentation and influencing skills.
Native Spanish speaker. Any other language proficiency is a plus like Portuguese.
Agile and comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to multitask prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
