Field Sales Executive

Requirements:

• Retaining and developing existing customers;
  
• Acquiring new businesses and increase profitability;
  
• Achieving of business targets by managing the relevant field sales territory;
  
• Identifing customers needs analyse and solve potential issues;
  
• Promoting core products combined with customercentric tailor made solutions;
  
• Projecting commitment for service excellence and representing its image;
  
• Ensure that all relevant information about existing and potential customers are updated in line with regional and local requirements;
  
• Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy.
  
  

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• 13 years professional working experience in sales/business development preferable in Logistics or in a related Industry;
  
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
  
• Excellent presentational skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an easy to understand way;
  
• Excellent negotiating skills commercial awareness and solid understanding of the Forwarding Industry;
  
• Numeracy ability to think on your feet and solve problems;
  
• University Degree;
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
  
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and any industry related software;
  
• Clean driving license.
