Requirements:
- Retaining and developing existing customers;
- Acquiring new businesses and increase profitability;
- Achieving of business targets by managing the relevant field sales territory;
- Identifing customers needs analyse and solve potential issues;
- Promoting core products combined with customercentric tailor made solutions;
- Projecting commitment for service excellence and representing its image;
- Ensure that all relevant information about existing and potential customers are updated in line with regional and local requirements;
- Prepare all reports and statistics of activities with the required accuracy.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- 13 years professional working experience in sales/business development preferable in Logistics or in a related Industry;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent presentational skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in an easy to understand way;
- Excellent negotiating skills commercial awareness and solid understanding of the Forwarding Industry;
- Numeracy ability to think on your feet and solve problems;
- University Degree;
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in both Romanian and English;
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite and any industry related software;
- Clean driving license.
