Requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
57 years of structural engineering experience particularly in foundational projects
Engineering degree with PE certification (EITs with strong qualifications will be considered)
Residential project experience preferred but commercial background is valuable
Specialized knowledge in concrete and steel applications
Strong communication skills and customerfacing abilities
Local candidates from the greater Omaha area are preferred

Required Skills and Experience Educational Background: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Industry Experience: 8+ years of estimating experience in civil, marine, bridge, or tunnel construction. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, Primavera Scheduling, and estimating software like HCSS HeavyBid. Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced understanding of agency (U)DBE requirements and civil construction industry standards.
